What is the difference between a cheap CCTV system and a professionally supplied and installed system. We will give you a brief on what to expect and a rough idea on how much to pay.

Cheap system

Easily sourced from online retailers such as Amazon and Ebay, majority of the systems are manufactured and supplied from abroad. Expect to pay on average of £1200 for a 4 camera system with recorder and HDD made specifically for surveillance purposes. They also come with manufacturer’s warranty such as 12 months up to 36 months. You can get cameras that AI driven and give you full colour even at midnight.
